Shipping Policy:
1. All the orders placed will be sent out within 24hours shortly after customers have paid by credit card, check, cash, western union or other payments method. However, if the order is placed at weekends or on holidays, then it will be shipped as soon as we are back to work.
2. All items will be consigned from China.
3. The articles will be arrived at the destination within 5 to 10 days.
4. The articles should be signed and received upon arrival, otherwise, it would be returned to the local post office provisionally. Thus, please contact the post office timely and pick the articles up without delay.
5. The following countries are free shipping: America, UK, France, German, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Japan, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Singapore and Vietnam.
6. The following countries should collect freight:
Holland, Iraq, Russia, Poland and Iran for 30 Dollars;
Brazil for 10 Dollars;
Guadeloupe for 50 Dollars.
Return Policy:
1. Customers may return the items within one week if they find the items are not in the right size, but 15% of restocking fee will be requested.
2. If we have shipped the wrong size, style and colors, then, customers may obtain a second free item without returning the goods. However, customers cannot return the items for their disfavor.
